On the high-precision table, D28 round holes are evenly distributed every 100mm or D16 round holes are evenly distributed every 50mm. These holes can be used to splice positioning modules and fixtures with various functions. In addition to the basic workbench, various functional modules also include U/L-shaped square boxes, support angle irons, positioning angle rulers, positioning flat rulers, plane angle rulers, angle gauges, angle connection blocks, V-shaped positioning parts, clamps, locking pins, various quick clamps, gap adjustment gaskets and various auxiliary modules. The ingenious design and conception of the modules can be combined in various ways and used repeatedly. The work platform adopts the form of a grid plate with holes.
On the upper surface and four sides of the high-precision table, φ28mm round holes (D28 series) are evenly distributed every 100mm, or φ16mm round holes (D16 series) are evenly distributed every 50mm, and dimension lines are drawn at the same intervals. The edge of the table can have millimeter scale lines. The round holes on the table can be used to splice positioning modules and fixtures of various functions. The platform size ranges from 500mm×1000mm to 2000mm×4000mm, and can be combined into any size workbench according to needs. Each workbench is designed with holes for installing support legs. The number of holes depends on the size and load-bearing capacity of the platform.
Platform lifting: used for lifting and shifting the basic platform. When using it, find the symmetrical position of the platform, insert two quick locking pins and lock them, and then slowly lift the platform. When the fixture workbench is engaged in welding operations, the welding machine can be reliably grounded, which can better protect the workbench from damage. It is best to install a grounding device on the platform.
